anotherfansview is a performance project created in 2015. This 23 page book shares my experience exploring Hollywood films through parody and humour. I insert myself in mainstream films and ask why it's so funny, odd, or unconventional to see my character (a young Korean Canadian) as the protagonist of the film. I then upload my own created GIFS onto a website with a poster that contains a QR code that scans straight to the website. Then I went out to various movie theatres in Victoria and handed out the posters to the audience members about to watch the film. This book describes my experience and has pictures of the performances. 10 books were printed.
